UPDATE OF THE MURE DATABASE ON ENERGY EFFICIENCY POLICIES AND MEASURES IN EUROPE

 
The MURE database has been updated with most recent energy efficiency policies and measures that were implemented in the European Union, the 28 Member States, Norway and Switzerland until the end of 2016. The database now contains more than 2400 detailed measure descriptions, many of them with impact evaluation. Compared to the last update, almost 900 measure descriptions were updated or newly added by the national partners.

RELATED PUBLICATIONS
 

In January 2017, an analytical study on “Energy Efficiency for Low-Income Households” was published by the European Parliament. The study was carried out by SQ Consult, Fraunhofer ISI and the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya. It includes an assessment of energy efficiency policies in Europe which is mainly based on the MURE database and evaluated how well they are targeted at low-income households.
